All products that ATKTION sell are made to order. For that reason, we do not offer cash returns any orders. UNLESS YOU RECEIVED ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE THAT WERE RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT

Your request for a refund or exchange MUST be received within 3 days of receipt of product.

You will need to contact customer service at (912-753-0122) in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method. 

All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, original packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice provided by ATKTION.
  • If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Shoes, Hats, Totes, Bags.

 

  1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 7 days after the purchase date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
  1. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If your refund is completed on our end and your funds are still not released, please contact the financial institution associated with your payment method. As all companies have a different release window.

  1. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
